上半年实体零售市场企稳回升 下半年仍存风险

中国商业联合会和中华全国商业信息中心联合发布了2017年上半年全国百家重点大型零售企业数据,上半年零售业零售额有所增长。分析认为,实体零售市场企稳回升,但下半年的市场风险依然存在。
 
China Federation of Commerce and China National Business Information Center jointly released data on 100 major retail enterprises in the first half of 2017, and retail sales increased in the first half of the year. 统计显示,2017年上半年,全国百家重点大型零售企业零售额累计同比增长3.1%,增速相比上年同期提升了6.3个百分点。其中6月零售额同比下降0.2%,降幅相比上年同月收窄了0.9个百分点。从上半年各主要品类商品销售情况来看,表现均好于上年同期水平,化妆品类零售额累计增长8.3%,增速快于上年同期7.9个百分点。

中华全国商业信息中心的监测数据显示,2017年一季度全国百家重点大型零售企业商品零售额累计增长2.7%,增速高于上年同期7.5个百分点。4月,全国百家重点大型零售企业零售额同比增长5.7%,增速高于上年同期3.8个百分点,相比今年3月也加快了1.7个百分点。5月,全国百家重点大型零售企业零售额同比增长5.3%,增速高于上年同期11.4个百分点。5月各主要品类商品零售额均实现同比正增长,且增速均明显高于上年同期水平。中华全国商业信息中心认为,从今年前几个月全国重点大型零售企业的销售数据来看,实体零售市场企稳回升态势已经基本确定。但从6月单月情况来看,除化妆品外,其余品类零售额均表现为同比下降,且增速明显差于今年前5个月,2017年下半年零售市场风险趋大。但是从目前的零售格局看,电商龙头与垂直电商表现依然亮眼;线上线下开始经历流量、成本再平衡,实体零售智慧化融合升级大有可为。

In April, the retail sales of 100 major retail enterprises increased by 5.7% year on year, which was 3.8 percentage points higher than that of the same period last year, and 1.7 percentage points faster than that of March this year. In May, the retail sales of 100 major retail enterprises increased by 5.3% year on year, which was 11.4 percentage points higher than the same period last year. In May, the retail sales of all major commodities increased year-on-year, and the growth rate was significantly higher than that of the same period last year. China National Business Information Center believes that from the sales data of key large retail enterprises in the country in the first few months of this year, the steady recovery of the real retail market has been basically determined. However, in June and January, except cosmetics, the retail sales of other categories showed a year-on-year decline, and the growth rate was significantly lower than the previous five months, and the retail market risk in the second half of 2017 tended to increase. However, from the current retail pattern, the performance of e-commerce leader and vertical e-commerce is still bright; online and offline start to experience traffic, cost rebalancing, the integration and upgrading of real retail wisdom is promising.
