时空电动获滴滴战略投资 投资主体为小桔车服

记者最新获悉,出行生态运营商时空电动已获滴滴出行战略投资,投资主体为滴滴旗下子公司小桔车服。这是小桔车服独立品牌发布后,公开披露的首起投资事件;也是公开信息中,滴滴出行首度战略投资电动汽车公司。

时空电动创始人陈峰介绍,去年底,时空电动通过蓝色大道计划完成了全国布局,在新能源汽车运营端进行了初始流量的囤积;而滴滴一直在为新能源提前布局,双方将与业界协同,推广更好的电动汽车。

滴滴出行宣布,将对小桔车服公司投资10亿美元,为包括滴滴车主在内的全社会车主提供一站式汽车服务。

今年4月,滴滴正式成立汽车服务平台,涵盖汽车租售、加油、维保及分时租赁等多项汽车服务与运营业务。随着滴滴汽车服务平台升级为小桔车服后,小桔有车、小桔加油、小桔养车等品牌也将同时启用,小桔车服将以统一的品牌形象出现。据悉,目前小桔车服的年化交易额已突破600亿元,覆盖城市257个,合作伙伴和渠道商7500余家。其中,小桔有车通过整合车源及金融资源,提供线上线下汽车租售服务;小桔养车已在华东、华南7个城市落地;分时租赁业务提供短时自驾租车服务。

今年7月,滴滴被曝出将分拆其车服业务,并将以约30亿美元的投前估值融资10亿美元到15亿美元,软银是意向投资者之一。不少业界人士分析认为,这次分拆车服业务是为滴滴的上市计划做准备。一般在上市前,科技公司会倾向于将与主业弱相关的业务进行剥离,让上市公司主业更清晰、聚焦,或是将不盈利的亏损业务剥离出去,将优质业务打包上市。
