深圳新房成交均价“十连降” 环比基本持平

据统计,深圳7月新建商品住宅成交均价为54446元/平方米,环比下降0.1%,同比下降4%;成交套数2023套,环比下降31.5%,同比下降32.2%;成交面积203497平方米,环比下降30.4%,同比下降34.1%。

业内人士分析,深圳7月一手住宅的成交均价微降,但依然处于较为平稳的位置。而一手住宅成交量大跌,或因为房贷利率上浮、银行放款速度放慢、市场观望情绪浓厚。
