2017年国产新能源汽车销量或达75万辆

8月3日发布的《新能源汽车蓝皮书》(以下称蓝皮书)预计,2017年国产新能源汽车销量为75万辆,进口新能源汽车2万辆,综合有望达到77万辆。
 
The Blue Book of New Energy Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the Blue Book) released on August 3 predicts that in 2017, domestic sales of new energy vehicles will reach 750,000, while imports of 20,000 new energy vehicles will reach 770,000.
 
 
 
《新能源汽车蓝皮书》是关于中国新能源汽车产业发展的研究性年度报,由中国汽车技术研究中心、日产(中国)投资有限公司和东风汽车有限公司联合编著。
 
The Blue Book of New Energy Vehicles is an annual research report on the development of China's new energy automotive industry. It is co-authored by China Automotive Technology Research Center, Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd.
 
 
 
蓝皮书指出,新能源客车市场增长乏力,发展从轻客转向了中客,2017年主要增长领域是快充类客车的增长和插电混动中客市场。
 
The Blue Book points out that the growth of new energy bus market is weak, and the development has shifted from light passengers to Chinese passengers. The main growth areas in 2017 are the growth of fast-charging passenger cars and the plug-in hybrid passenger market.
 
 
 
新能源专用车市场主要看政策支持。虽然专车市场相对复杂,但市场潜力很大。目前拥有技术、品牌优势以及广泛渠道资源的主流车企已经纷纷布局纯电动物流车领域,将推动终端需求快速释放。

在2017年新补贴政策下,经济型纯电动车具有很大的发展潜力。目前主力车企已经关注微型电动车市场,部分符合安全规范的规模化生产的纯电动车型逐步退出,这些主力整车企业的微型电动车规模大、成本不高、有补贴,应该可以分流部分县乡市场的有驾照群体的低速电动车需求。

蓝皮书认为,新能源汽车要靠县乡市场先突破。纯电动汽车销量占比下降的主要是大型城市和中型城市,形成进一步的两极分化的市场区域。这也说明了低价纯电动车市场更受欢迎。
 
The blue book believes that new energy vehicles must first break through the county and township markets. The decline in the proportion of pure electric vehicle sales is mainly in large and medium-sized cities, forming a further polarized market area. This also shows that the market of low price pure electric vehicles is more popular.
 
 
 
此外,蓝皮书指出,在新能源的大潮下涌现了多家新能源汽车企业,较为知名的基本都有大企业、互联网公司的背景。由于新能源汽车的发展具有不确定性,没有必要对企业的数量进行限制。而2017年仍是这些业外企业的进入期,产品尚未亮相,增量的效果也不会体现。
